Hickey Ditch Flume

About

The flume was built in the early 1900’s, and is 200 feet long, and at that time, spanning the Verde River with a metal pipe was a feat of engineering mastery. The flume that exists now was rebuilt in 1993 after a significant flood took the original pipe out – however, the historical frame and supports are still in place.
